What We Do

A scheme to support businesses to recruit young people, aged 16-24, into employment with financial support in Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, Wakefield or York.

There is no better time for a business to take on their first apprentice. From 1 April 2019 the training costs of an apprenticeship to a business has dropped by 50%.

• The government will pay 95% of the cost of the apprenticeship
• The business will only need to pay 5%
• Plus the business may be eligible for a LEP AGE grant up to a maximum of £2,500.

What are the benefits of taking on an apprentice;

• Grow your business
• Tailor training based on your business needs
• Retain your staff
• Futureproof your business
• Shape your staff and make sure they are the right fit for your business
