What We Do

Information for Employers

We want to help you:

We want to help small, local employers to employ disabled people and people with health conditions. If you're a business with 25 or fewer employees, we can give you extra support through Jobcentre Plus.

We want to offer you:

  • A small Employer Adviser to advise you on employing and supporting someone with a health condition or disability

  • A job matching service to check the person applying for your vacancy is suited to it

  • The chance to provide work experience to increase the confidence and skills of people with disabilities

  • The opportunity to assess an applicant through a work trial

  • Advice and support for any work place adaptations to meet an applicant's access needs

  • Support for your employee to complete an Access to Work application

  • In-work support for you and your employee for 12 months
