We want to help you:
We want to help small, local employers to employ disabled people and people with health conditions. If you're a business with 25 or fewer employees, we can give you extra support through Jobcentre Plus.
We want to offer you:
- A small Employer Adviser to advise you on employing and supporting someone with a health condition or disability
- A job matching service to check the person applying for your vacancy is suited to it
- The chance to provide work experience to increase the confidence and skills of people with disabilities
- The opportunity to assess an applicant through a work trial
- Advice and support for any work place adaptations to meet an applicant's access needs
- Support for your employee to complete an Access to Work application
- In-work support for you and your employee for 12 months
